[ Help ] Chapter 7 + Plot Rewards

From chapter 7 and beyond, will the plot instances still give out rewards such as Stone of Water/Earth or Waterfall Stone, or will it give out strictly awakening materials and scrolls (scroll of battle/everything/moving/face/country, etc.).

I was wondering if I should wait and advance through the plot instances to be more efficient if they DO give out the stones beyond chapter 7, or I should just use some energy to go back to previous instances to obtain those stones to upgrade my Resistance and Defense equipment to Jonin +1.

But yeah. I have like 11/12 Jonin scrolls right now. .
I got lucky and scooped up 1 Kage scroll . .
