Is 30% of the basic stat that is the one that increases level by level. Secondary stats don't matter for it.

So if an item have lets say +150 life as basic stat and +100 life as secondary (purple/gold) stat the 30% is only of the 150 basic.

5 natures apply to primary stats, strengthen included. It does not apply to secondary stats.

So you are saying that the bonus only applies to the ninja tools with primary stats including strengthening correct?

That means that matching natures are extremely important to increase power..

Which natures do you go for? Attack and ninjutsu?

For most teams, atk, nin and then life or resist is best. Life is better if you have no shield/healer, like some blitz team whereas resist is better if you have shield/healer.

But that depends on the team, for water immortal, life is supreme followed by nin, resistance. Attack is kinda useless for them as that's not what they kill with.

But.. can you really afford to choose much given how much stone it cost to just get a set? Getting full connection is EXPENSIVE. And it's one of the reason why I'm not swapping tools after the surprise nerf (The blade, for example, @lv19 is 56/56 down, which with elemental is like 120/80 down or something like that, that's ALOT of stat)

The thing is, many players like me didn't get to farm their red tools before the nerf.

So I need to choose between red tools (which has a higher strengthen value ceiling) versus my pre-nerf gold tool with less strengthen value but more secondary gold attributes. Note, the secondary attributes can be reforged with the tool essences from ultimate training.

I only have 2-3 matching bonuses so far, that's why my dilemma is whether to continue matching them on my pre-nerf gold tools or match them on the post-nerf red tools.

Imo best thing is to replace the old ones . After I calculate some stats I can say is way better to do that.

And I want a mod to clarify how this calculation of adds up is done.

I did hundreds of tests and couldn t find one.

I got down all equips with a certain stat ( let s say life) and keep the life nature bonus on others and ....

Even if I had no life attribute on ninja tools left but just 30% life I still got life bonus from that procent :)))

Or any explanation how Ninja tools system works. Like at charm system we got explanations. At ninja tools would be required too. A complete set of explanations about Five Natures Stones and how to use them, how they affect the stats , additional attributes, strengthen and everything in details .

Same here. I didn't bother to replace my nerfed ninja tools since I have them matched up. Only needed 3 more element matches to make it all perfectly matched but, meh, too risky since it's very hard to get five nature stones.

Not just a simple explanation. Like charm systems I would agree with only laborious explanation. Every fuction and the system behind it bcause for myself it looks like a broken system after I dig into some tests. An error of coding, a misunderstanding concept of ninja tools and a bad appliances of that 30% (simple or *ulate). All those thnks I observed and is clearly broken or intentionally rigged.

surprise nerf after surprise nerfs, next time you might see that ninja tools level will be capped at level 15 lol

Hi Moderator? Doesn't it concern you that players are still confused over a game mechanic that has been in the game since day 1?

Just because it was 10% before, nobody really cared. But now that it is 30%, we cannot afford to ignore this anymore.
