This scroll is event gain only,and is cosmetic function,allow summon to follow your character in map

Maybe it will be in tomorrow events,who knows

isn`t it the material for secondary summon function where katsuyu heals you before main char does the mystery skill ( a function we don`t have yet ) or that was for giant katsuyu only and is the green scroll not the red one ?

the item he is talking about is gained from events only, u use it to see that summon while on the world map, its purely cosmetic
