What will HAPPEN if the game add evasion system

all ninja will hv evasion rate depend on how u upgrade the ninja

We've already had that: evasion depends mostly on combo rate. Some people says it also depends on star lv but we'll never know.

Characters like Iruka, Sakura, Enma, Ino, etc have an evade skill... also, some enemies, like Dosu, have one too.
