So my question is,how long will it take to get,lets say DPB Hidan,from events,as f2p,with budget of 1-1,5k coupons monthly?

I set Hidan for example,becouse he is in curent event,and i seen him often in events in general.So basicaly,4-5 frags per event is what i must expect?
