Blacklist was removed with 3.0 however, a similar function will be implemented, no ETA on it.

Once we implement it, we'll inform via patch notes.

what patch notes ? 3.0 doesn`t have patch notes , or u refering to the patch notes made by the community instead of oasis ? ( https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-22552-1.html refering to this unofficial patch notes )
