I was knocking out the cylinders for the rewards when I didn't have a stable internet connection. If I did not wait for it to show I got the reward and for it to appear on the left side of the screen, I would not get all the rewards even if I got a completed at the end. The first time this happened I got all of them and only received 4 rewards.
