But what I wanna know, is if Ningendo's bond level also buffs the other 5 pains and Nagato, since they're all technically just Nagato. Reply

Nope, it only buff ningendo and none of the other pains.

Is there a reasoning for him being there?, is he a fan favourite or was part of a poll?

Having said that it would have made sense if he buffed the other pains
