Like in any other games, those who understand the game quickly will benefit the most compared to the others that don't. Of course, the plunder system is designed to benefit for those who are at the top.
Anyways, if you expect change, look into the future via looking at what other servers (German, Taiwan, China) have. Since Oasis is just a publisher, they just get translate the content from Tencent. I'm currently on the China server and i've tried to do convoy about 3 times since their server kicks me out after 2 hours worth of gameplay for some reason so I don't get a lot of chance to do any other dailies. Convoy has only 3 tries rather than 4, ss mission = 40 coupons instead of 35, and the time to refresh missions get reduced (i think 15-25 mins). Since 3.0 increased the amount of coupons we could get from ss missions by 5, I doubt Oasis would add another 5 unless it was added twice on the China server.
To sum up what I said, the number of missions gets reduced, the value of rewards get increased, and the time to refresh decreases. Whether or not people would be satisfied with this is up to them.
I think that the reason you are getting kicked out is because in your qq account your age is less than 18+.
Then why convoyers don't hold their level down??? The gap level is 15 level after all, if your level still low the chance of you get plundered become lower after all people who do plunder probably a high level players.

No, after level 70 almost nothing different in anything expect survival trail and skill. You can keep your level low but not about your power. After all you get so many BENEFIT for keep your level down:
-The chance to get plundered get lower since the gap level 15.
-You also c*e support from your group mate, since your level low then the one who CAN plunder you is also a low level players then you can ask your groupmate with top rank player or high rank player and get a high chance to counter the plunder and get rid of their 50 coupon.
-Low chance to get someone with high level in matsuri (more chance to win then).
-Sage (same as above).
You guys need to play smart after all.
Why is this even a issue?
Even if you get plundered you still get if memory serves 15 coupons, yes being plundered cuts that in half but you still get 15 free everyday which is only 5 less then the people who have bought the medal get for a day log in which they paid for.
I understand the frustration of getting beat on a plunder but the fact that they have it where you can invite a whale to * you seems to fall flat on people.
Convoy is set up so it makes people work together to promote team building and the fact that this has fallen flat on people is just sad.
It's really simple if your getting plundered every time there are several options you c*e.
1) Ask a whale for help to * you so your chances of not getting plundered increase greatly.
2) Take the chance of running them solo if you can not find help and expect to get plundered.
3) Wait till later in the day to do them as plunder can only be done 3 times in a day.
4) Start spending and do it wisely,you can keep competitive with small amounts of money invested into this game.

That is why you shouldn't bring new players into established servers.
Starting new on a established server where people are over powered and have been playing for a year and invested time and money into it will turn people off.
There is no avoiding over powered people or higher powered people plundering its unavoidable in established servers.
The solution to just getting rid of the system screws over f2p players because instead of the free 15-30 coupons you get a day you would get nothing at all.
The fact that people want the whole system scrapped cause they cant win screws the whole community over.
Lets do the math here so we can see how much f2p would lose out in one months time.

30 x 30 = 900 (If you don't get plundered at all.)
So if you want to give up 450-900 FREE COUPONS A MONTH be my guest and if doing them is such a issue then just don't do them.

"Playing smart?" That's not even smart, mate.
You also get a lot of benefit from gaining levels that you miss out on if you're sandbagging and your end game suffers.
Sage would benefit you, sure... but Sage isn't even worth it. Fighting Matsuri actually benefits power and levels that contribute towards power.
Levels help you have power on your server. That's important.
Sandbag? Decent chance your Group is less inclined to give you best rewards for Great Ninja War. That ALONE is detrimental to your end game.
But things like Ninja Exam give you a constant stream of value that adds up over time. Incremental advantages is what it's all about. Again, Fighting Matsuri actually is easier for higher levels. Group summons and 9 Tails? Higher levels.
But, you know what? None of that really even matters because at the end of the game we shouldn't even be talking about whether or not it's possible to work around the plunder system in the same conversation we're discussing whether or not it's good game design. Because games that encourage people NOT TO PLAY THE GAME (which sandbagging does, if you consider "the game" to be in large part story mode like many would) are flawed in some aspect.

So not only am I supposed to lose half, but I'm losing more than half, yeah it is 1 coupons but that 1 coupon adds up over time.

First: Lower the loss. If people are only losing 10 coupons when they get plundered, they're probably not as likely to feel like its a waste of time.
Second: Insurance. Make it so that if a person pays for an extra convoy they can't get plundered. This way people don't feel like others are profitting off their hard earned money. They can still get plundered on their free one though.
Third: Make it to where if a persons support defeats at least 2 of the plunderers characters, then the plundered only loses 5 coupons. This way support isn't totally useless if they lose.
If they do this I bet a lot more people will convoy, which means there will be more people to plunder as well. Everybody wins.
Do these changes just for convoy and I bet a lot more people will be happy with the system without even having to mess with plunder. Because honestly, you shouldn't have to. Plunder is like a reward for being one of the strongest players in your server. Its something to strive for. (I feel like I should probably point out that I am far from being able to plunder. So this isn't biased.)

This is also a problem for hassment as other groups will target people they hate for more plunders and hassment this was a huge problem for my sever we had to stop doing SS missions at all with how bad it was. This should be changed.

I have been on both sides of this fence so yes I do full understand how much it hurts losing a little more than half of what you could get.
The best you could hope for realistically is the amounts to be changed of how much you lose per loss and that is about the best that can happen.
Looking thru the comments here they all have something in common and it seems to be that people are upset about how much they lose which makes sense that losing half would make you upset and it seems that there is a concern for people coming into a established server not liking to lose.
Lets look at things in reality would you walk into a gym having never lifted in your life and expect to out lift someone who has trained for years lifting?
Most likely no you wouldn't cause logic tells you I can't out lift someone who is lifting what I weigh and you most definitely wouldn't drag your friend who you know is weaker then you in to out lift that guy either.
Now how is bringing a new person into a place like that going to benefit them positively in any way?
The best results you could hope for is they get competitive and sink time and money into training but the reality of it is most likely they will feel like crap and not want too even try.
What you want to do is start them off in a fresh server where they can get there training wheels and get use to the game first and learn how to play and it gives them room to make mistakes which they could learn from and apply to going to a established server which would give them a nice starting edge.
So please stop trying to use the new players didn't like this mechanic as it doesn't help you it only hurts your stand point more cause its showing your not thinking of the best way to bring someone else into this game without them being thrown to the wolves and expecting them to enjoy it.

Ok back to the post.. if you are complaining about plunder, then clearly you do not understand how this game works.
There are 2 ways to deal with plunderers effectively:
1. Avoid them, do your SS convoy in the last 10 mins or AFTER time is up..
What i mean by that is that you can even convoy after the event time is over, for example pick up SS convoy at 8.50pm and you can deliver it by 9.20pm.
If you notice that they are still waiting for your plunder, just do S mission instead to spite them. You have effectively wasted the maximum amount of their time, congratulations!
2. Join the top 2 group to get REAL SUPPORT.
If your group doesn't have a player strong enough to defeat plunders, then you are simply in the wrong group. Always join the top 2 groups, you are just asking for trouble if you make or stay in your own group because you will remain as food for the big groups.
Last thing i want to say is plundering is the minimum requirement for f2p. If you don't plunder and don't cash, then you have basically resigned yourself to be one of the bottom-feeders of your server.
And i wholly agree with what PraiseLuka said, plunder is a return on investment for cashers. However, this returns on investment is also available for f2p players for absolutely free, so why would you not take advantage of that?
Now that you have seen the truth about Naruto Online, it is time to quit your crappy server and start fresh on a new server.

Just my opinion but I think no game should encourage theft/bulling on actual players , not npcs.
Hi please do not be naive, this game is player vs player(PVP). it's natural practice to beat up players weaker than yourself while you get beaten up by whales.
It's what the devs want, pay up $$$ for a shortcut to get ahead in this game and if you want to stop losing and start winning.
