it boost your puri by 1% :P Its only for the super end gamer who wants to exceed the 100% cap by paying through for it.

the pills only give 12 power when used on a piece of gear at lvl 10 refine, i have 1 piece at lvl 7 so it can definetly go above that, it doesnt boost ur purify it boosts ur stats from refinement
