1＃ Go ToFor the first time since i began to play, 8 months ago, i managed to reach the goal.
I wanted to share this to prove that is actually possible to reach the rank, at least in UK region, but man, is insanely, insanely hard if you didn't make it when your server was out of the cross server circuit and i seriously understand all the people that gave up wholly on the idea to do it (i was one of them for more than 4 months).
I'm not a f2p, just a very moderate casher (jonin medal + monthly fee and not much more), and still took me 8 months to reach the very minimum requirement to begin to be a 'season' player.
I just hope that in the future will be easier for new players to do it, but if won't be so i just wanted to tell you that you need a very competitive setup and the level of initiative i reached to try to hope to do it (close to 13k), if you don't own both just wait until you got them to go back there.
There's always hope, just that for some features like this one it takes a lot more time than you would expect to.

Congrat man, it's a big achievement and as you well put it, requires insane levels of initiative.
We have suggested many times ways to improve ranked arena. Unfortunately the devs can't/won't touch the code other than to set the prices and rewards of events.
The only way to get to sage is to do what you did, wait to get initiative (at least 12k), a me
ta lineup and get lucky. -

As a f2p player I managed to get to 3rd place SP rank in my server behind two heavy spenders on cross-arena with 8614 total initiative. I used the disgusting water me
ta and it took me all day but I got there in the end. The stress and rage was real yesterday.
It obvs is possible but *, not doing a single ranked match until next season. NOPE. -

No need for this post now, you should have posted this 6-7 months ago because most of the ninjas from arena except maybe ningendo are outdate, plus you can get almost all pains from the different shops now. if they change the reward roster then it's a different story altogether.

As i stated in the opening post, my hope became true. since 1st of september we actually got the new 3.0 arena where is way easier to become six paths than it used to be (seems i was on of the last poor players that made it when was actually harder XD).
Jokes apart, gratz to everybody else that made it.

talents 41 324 summon chameleon(i dont own them, but works with king of hell and crustace*so)
kabuto can be replaced with hanzo for more control/ regular deidara works too
Its a risky team but it got me through.

I went from -16 points to sage of six paths in one day with this line up (only 3k initiative so I wasn't going first a lot of the time. On xserver which is how I got to -16 lolol)
Earth main/sage naru/edo deidara/roshi
Roshi basically cleared barriers for me and provided ballin chase and edo deidara murders everything if he lives ot round 3.
