Why do we keep game liason anonymous obviously the forum is really strcit with any critical feedback so if we have complaints why can't we know who on our server to contact to voice our complaints

Wasn't there a post some time after al the anniversary drama saying that GL were now allowed to make themselves public?


I never did get how on earth they managed to get player feedback if they had to remain secretive about their status.
