Not gonna * or anything, but i think you should remove the auto close a ticket when there is no reply


Because it stated that YOU CAN'T REPLY UNLESS THEY ASK YOU, but IF YOU DON"T REPLY YOUR TICKET WILL BE CLOSED BECAUSE INVESTIGATION NO ESTIMATED TIME ON HOW LONG THE INVESTIGATION WILL TAKE.
