Very good question =p I am actually not 100% sure but I have heard that Summon cultivation is like bond ninjas in that you need to talk to the summons to help increase its cultivation. I could be wrong on this so I will try and find out; when I do find out, I will update this reply!

use them on the rebate you will not need summon scrolls check the chinese version coverage on youtube for more information.

The points you need for the system will be available in the arena shop for 450 per 40 points so save up on arena pts now. Also in the same week they introduce the system there should be a "summon scroll" available for both p2w/f2p in the events that gives you the ability to use one of the following summons as your companion genjutsu crow, purple monkey or purple slug. The cult runes are also available for purchase from regular shop but it costs 10 cps for only 10 points so its not worth at all

that was a description error , that's a function from 4.0 where you c*e seal scrolls for skill-books

I know alot of players are concerned with spending now over uncertainty in 3.0.

There is no such update coming but you should continue collecting summon scrolls and wait for a rebate.
