I was on manual the previous match but when I started the match I was on auto and in the first round I had no moves to make. All of mysteries were on cool down like I used them. As a result I lost the match. Is there a way the get compensated for that? Reply

if u took a screenshot then send it to the customer service and they should compensate u somehow, if u dont have a screenshot ur unlikely to get anything but platitudes

Hi there,

Do you have any screenshots of what happened? Its likely to have been a server connection issue or a miss click but a screenshot would help determine this... As for compensation, unless an error/bug can be proven its unlikely which is why its always a good idea to take screenshots (including time/date) of the error/bug you experience to forward to customer service...
