healer - jigokudo +nin, -tai (+nin increases healing; tai is used for x2 chase, but he doesnt deal much dmg anyway. you want healers as healthy as possible, so i'd reduce attack). If he ends up with lowest life in your team, he will be the target of auto mysteries from AI, then +hp instead of +nin.

support - ningendo, +life -nin/tai (even though nin is his mystery/chase dmg type, most of the dmg comes from auto with increase combo rate from passive, he also is a cc ninja so most likely he will be targeted during pvp, thus i would increase his survivability over damage). If you have no problems with his survivability, you can +att/nin (small difference) -res if 1st pos, -def if hes covered from auto attacks by other ninjas.

If you arent playing on 1.0, i wouldnt bother with upgrading their mood over 25%, you will rarely use them.

Jigokudo is really good for Ranked Battle, if you're using him in there and he is the lowest hp / often targetted first, +life - att would be good for him too.
