Help on mood for medics

So i recently got my GNW Sakura to 4 star and i'm considering picking up Sailor Sakura at some point along with collecting frags on Tsunade Sanin War.. Basically i'm looking for a healer or two to hopefully add to my lineup in and outside of ranked battle. What i'd like help with is clarification and suggestions on moods for these healers so i can understand how to use them better. Is all healing proportion to a ninja's ninjutsu stat, if so i'm assume it's the base stat. Eg Water style enhancement water main who gives a 40% ninjutsu buff will not contribute to a higher heal until it wears off.

Second, How does GNW Sakura's slugs actually work, the skillset for her mystery states "small katsuyu are based on the original katsuyu" Is this an error meaning based on Sakura? Or how are the stats distributed.

Third, assuming it's based on Sakura can +Life mood make them bulkier to hopefully survive any attacks.Also does ninjutsu mood up their heal rate.

Fourth, say i get Sailor Sakura, is it preferable to invest in Life for self recovery, attack for faster ramp up, defense for "Anti-Blitz" or Ninjutsu for team healing?
