To whom it may concern at Oasis / CS

I send in tickets multiple times last week regarding issues with unable to claim rewards from refine event and charm event. Furthermore the upgrades I made in charm went missing after your hotfix, so it's not only rewards I am missing, but also my upgrades. As if this wasn't enough, then I also didn't receive the items I exchange for in Lucky Board.

All in all I had a really bad week with events and went to your CS to get assistance to fix it.

I had friendly reply from CS and they thank me for my patience.

Unfortunately my patience is being tested too much now that I see that you put my questions to "resolved" status - without further notice!

I hope this is not standard procedure.

I have send in a new ticket and attach a SS of the status, just in case if you forgot that it changed status overnight.

In case it is due to lack of reply me in ticket, then you are welcome to reply to me here in forum or via message in forum.

Hi there,

Are you able to include your UID and CS Question ID if you have it either here or in the new ticket so that we can investigate further... Do you also by any chance have a SS of the charms interface before AND after maintenance?

I just had reply on my ticket that it has been forwarded. In the previous tickets UID was added and here it comes again : 200000100346731

Regarding SS.

I spend my charm after maintenance and at start my only problem was, that I was unable to claim the rewards cuz they were greyed out even if not claimed. After the following Hotfix that same day, my upgrades went missing. I did not take any SS of my charms before upgrade and I don't find it reasonable that we should take SS before we upgrade - we have trust in the game that it works.

Hello CS / Mods or 3rd title option ...

I'm still waiting for reply.

Today I find that 2 of my tickets are closed, the others has resolved status, but I'm still missing an answer to my tickets and missing rewards and upgrades from last weeks events.

How patient do you guys expect us to be? Is it possible to get a timeframe or at least inform what's going on with them?

I must say this is killing game spirit when wait 11 days for a solution to my tickets...
