Why not so many merges?

Every server i joined , is hyped up in the first month max and then is dying....
I think every 2 weeks or so, many new servers open...but why not many servers dont merge?
I just have this question.. thank you!

Hi! It takes some time for servers merges to make sure it is balanced because a merger that is not successful is usually worse than no merger. I hope this helps!!
