Dude, it's been a pain to do Arena ever since it became cross-server, you're not the only one experiencing this kind of situation. I too, have experienced fighting people powerful than me.

Cross-Server sounds good in theory, but the matching, just like in Matsuri and SWB, are....dumb.

Arena has always been a problem. It has been discussed in length in many posts and nothing ahs changed. The devs either don't care ot simply can't change things.

On the other hand, the problem you faced today is that everyone is trying to complete their arena missions. Including some very strong players. Wait till sunday or monday and you should find things ot have gone back to normal.

It's the same thing for matsuri, never do matsuri just after it starts of just after 9 tails. You will find the strongest players at those times. Arena ranked matches also become easier by the 20th of the month.

Unfortunately that's pretty much all you can do to solve your current predicament.

Because you play on fairly new server you are simply behind in time (which translates into ninjas, initiative) in comparison to other servers. Everybody experienced the same, the upside of that is, in time, you will encounter people from even younger servers than your own thus giving you the upper hand. You may have problems with training arena right now, because theres event for 15 wins and a lot of people are doing it. After 2-3 days when most of the people are done with event, it will go back to normal "questing", so just wait until you can do the event yourself.

Sidenote: I'd advise you against even entering ranked arena for next 2 months, since right now you are a punch bag for others. Get your ini higher, get a good team and come back when odds will be in your favor. I've had xserver arena for 3 or 4 months now and just recently managed to climb up to super kage, it's simply no point playing rankeds early, since with current system you will only put yourself more and more behind than you already are.

People usually do that when they dont need wins, just arena participations. I personally go with main + konohamaru corps and pervert kakashi xP.

Anyone can beat that team and i find it funny.

As for ranked arena its simple. To reach six paths sage you need 3 things: A strong meta lineup with move 1 control or DP hidan, over 12k total initiative (Yes 12000 initiative adding your 4 ninja's individual init) and after all of that you alse need luck. Exceptional cir*stances such as a big shift in the meta (han when first released) allowed me to reach sage with only 10.5k initiative, but such cir*stances dont happen often.

I can tell you my personal experience about this. I play in eu region, merged server 291-306. My server is more or less 8 months old. When my server went in the cross server realm was around march and at that time i was level 73 breeze dancer too and i was anbu rank, so more or less i was in your same situation. I tried for a while to rank up in arena and for the whole 1st season (that lasted just two weeks) i got only defeats. My total initiative at that time was something like 5500 with 1700 on prompt move 1. So i ended up the season at 19-4. I retried arena at the end of march. My initiative in the meanwhile went to 7000 with 2300 in move1 and i got mei, mabui and tenten gnw so i went water. I managed to reach jonin rank but then i suffered only defeats again an so i ceased to care about arena, overall because my friends used to tell me wasn't possible to win in kage or superkage. So for 4 months i played like if ranked arena didn't exist with my rank as jonin 26 -5 frozen there. I've began to do ranked arena again just last week. Now i have 12500 initiative, 4250 in prompt move1 and i managed to reach halfway to superkage rank pretty easily with a han, roshi, sailor sakura team that is a team that with some efforts you can easily have even by being full free to play simply by hoarding in 5-6 months ~300 seal scrolls and 3200 coupons (since you'll be able in the meanwhile to do the other 60-70 draws you need by using free draws).

In the very early times you'll face indeed a ton of problems also in training since your server is right now the newest one so the one with the lowest average initiative but the more you grow and the more you'll find casual players, from other servers weaker than you + newer servers than yours will be added to the circuit and so all will become easier. This week in particular is a special one since there are both the annoying missions from mission general mobilization and the shinobi feast event so for people like you is not exactly the best moment to join cross server arena, but you'll see since next week things will be easier because people will start again to join arena training mostly for the daily missions or to test teams that don't work at all as they hoped they did and those are the battles you can win. Moreover you'll find people like me that after they beat a person if that person joins again simply chooses to refresh the browser to give him the free win or people that join just with main to let other kill him.

Don't deject, things will be better later, but just beware that for a long while arena for you and all your server will be a pretty hard match.

The only advice that i can give you is: play ranked instead of practice, there you will get easy fights all the way to jonin-kage rank, after there you might win 1 fight and then find an overpowered team 2 ranks above you, but then you get another ''fair'' fight, if what you want to do is the arena event only, do this you will be getting 1 win and 1 lose but its viable.

I wouldn't say you need those 3 things to reach six paths.

My girlfriend has less initiative than I do and I have about 8-9k.

She runs Mei/Mabui/GNW Tenten and even hit 6 paths last night. The only time she lost was against other people running that team, of course I don't know her other match ups she had. But you can do it with less initiative in x-server arena.

She was also probably very lucky :x

Theres another way to get wins if you have friends online at the same time. This is particularly useful when you need to complete missions that require you to use some bad ninja that would never win an actual fight.

At most there can only be 1 person waiting in the Training queue. What you need to do is have 2 other friends online. Queue in series, with the person that needs to complete the win missions in the middle (Player #2). If someone is waiting, Player #1 will flush him out, so Player #2 and #3 can meet and give #2 the win. Else, Player #1 and #2 will meet and you can get the win there.

Cross server arena made me cry tears of blood to get six paths. Now I'm giving away free wins to others struggling with it. It's funny how there are some people just do it for the title even after getting six paths. So yeah cross server arena was a fail.

I never found someone in Ranked Arena giving me free wins. Each time I encounter someone, it's always a full lineup of water cancer, lightning dpb, scarlet dpb, han roshi.
