On a old server, it's a waste. If you start one on a new server (like once it opens), it depends if you manage to attract strong players for your guild.

I think its worth, u get a lot of benefits due to new server event, e.g. additional seal scrolls

Really depends on the situation. Sometimes its worthwhile to use coupons to make your very own group, while other times it might be better to just join a group. Depends on what you and your friends feel like doing and committing to. Being the leader of group takes a lot of time, effort, and a little bit of patience to make it work xD
