King of hell is 2000 I think...if he was 1000 id already have him...cause just last rebate I pulled 150 scrolls....im on that treasure since early october and dont know about from october till january but from february ive had over 900 scrolls in the summons and still have to get the monkey ...im missing him.

Yeah but u cant pull king of hell as a free draw ...at least I havent heard of it...but in my server 2 people pulled kirin in a free draw and they said theu were now where near 2k and I believe one of them cause he was 70 level at the time with 20k BP and low ninja count and i m so happy for players like that...keep it coming I say...

Free draw isn't any different than pull using a scroll in terms of hitting a jackpot (rare, rune, ninja - you name it). There are those ultra rare cases when hit a jackpot earlier than average (you can compare drawing seals to refining, there's a slight chance tp upgrade with every refine used, however that happens rarely and you are guaranteed to upgrade your gear once you filled 100% of the wish bar- same applies to pulls) during which people pull rare with first x10 or even free draw, this doesnt happen often but from time to time it does. There's no ingame limitations like "you will never pull rare/super rare with free draw", its just another +1 on the counter, all luck.

wow those words no fixed chance and luck.. thats pretty much what is going on in casinos man....
