This game make me quit! Really? where are you RNG? RNG is for PW2? I saw on youtube they can lvl 10 for only 820-830 adv rune, but me * 913 still not leveling! I recharge 1.5K ingots to make this lvl 10 but sad! maybe oasis hates me lol

The RNG is equal for every player and some get luckier at times then others... Your refine is guaranteed to upgrade within the next 87... Goodluck!
