I've spent around 60+ refine runes and yet to have a single credit to it. Where's the compensation that was announced to those affected by this refine bug?

  • Hello.If you used your refines before the big maintenance then i am sorry for you. There was a bug about it because Oasis put the event very fast. It happens :) .Please consider next time to wait a little bit more when events are on. Thanks!

This was after the maintenence. Don't assume.
