The biggest problem i have with the system at the moment is the utter uselessness of support. If your support cannot defeat the plunderer on his/her own, the plunderer gets a full revive and heal before he gets to fight the one actually doing convoy. That makes it useless unless you can get one of the top players to be your support, which is unlikely when they are in another group and the ones actually plundering.
