I sent this report through the game on Monday, but still haven't heard anything. When the Rewards reset at midnight for the mini client, my daily one reset and I could claim it, but my weekly never reset and still said claimed from the last week.

Situation like that sometimes occurs to me too.

Restarting the client usually helps. I'd recommend to use Game Doctor for it, in case refresh alone won't help you.
