So do "free draws" and "draw ten" have there own separate count for seals or are they all put together?

They should be put together. I like to see pulls for each 3*

free pulls and single pulls-1/10th for a 3* (resets when you get the 3*)

pull 10-3*

Rare-6 3*


But if they all add up to the same rare/super rare counter, so free pull 4 3* and pull 10 twice, you should have a rare, works vice versa

yes,next rare is after 60 draws

dude....

free pull, x1,x10,evets limited scrolls all that is added on number (stacking) of treasure you pull and once you hit rare it resets.

now only super rares example tendo treasure,once u hit 400 ull get hashirama or tendo.
