When does refining rebate usually happen? once a month? or just random times? Asking because i been saving up med refines (151 atm) and was thinking i should keep saving and just wait up til the next rebate.

Happens every 4 weeks (1 month) unless a major event (1st year anniversary, 3.0 patch) delays it for an extra week.
