What does 500 give you? 35 advanced refine, 1 orange chakra, 15 purification rune, 18 keys

For starter, orange chakra is useless in the long run, you will have sets of all the orange you want by the time you get them stuff to lv 10.

On the other hand, 200 gives: 20 advanced refine, 10 purificaiton rune.

So by spending 150% more, you only get about 75% more useful reward, that's *.

As it were, while advanced rune rate is the same from 10 to 200, the lower tier actually have a better key rate for some reason. So in theory, for rebate you should be doing as many small batches as you can.

Now, to take proper advantage of the wish credit event, you shouldn't really be doing 10s. Besides, you will get way more than 10 during an event cycle (~1 month) However, given that LOWER tier rebate gives better reward, you SHOULD be doing it "evenly". For most players, that means either 100 or 200--the latter if you have enough and the former if you don't have 200. If you are a really good player, perhaps you can consider doing 200s all the time with an eventual 500. But no, do not skip rebate events waiting for 500.

In the medium-short term, waiting might be beneficial as it will better utilize your mediums for the sake of wish credit, but in the long run, it's adv that matters, and an even usage of 100s and 200s is best.
