1＃ Go Toso today i came back from work, i checked game and saw 2 refine and charm events live so i did mine charms and refines. some time later i got kicked out because of maintance. i just log back into game and i am having 0 points in both events... i havent claimed any rewards earlier beacause i was going to do more refines and charms later today.
just checked and my extra points from time limited refinement are gone on all items too

Same here(although I haven't used that much), can't also complete today lucky bag because it was restored to 0.
I've seen the post in news just after the maintenance.

got this answear from one mods :
There was problem with new event and after maintenance those problems were fixed. All new events were rested. It is not a bug.
However, if you spend your charms or refines before maintenance, please contact us via this email : narutoen_support@oasgames.com. We need your log file (you can save it by typing "hylogfile" while you are in the game and you are on the event page, windows that will allow you to save your log file will pop up). Please attach your log file to your email and also do not forget to add your character name, server number, UID and small desc
