Do I need to recharge 500/2500 ingots every time I want to claim the Iruka pieces or I need to recharge only 1 time and I will be able to claim that a certain amount of days ? And if so, how many days can you claim it ?

You will need to recharge every time you would like to retrieve. The cheapest way to get Iruka from the Opening events was determined to be by Recharging 500 ingots every day for 6 days straight.
