  • Chiyo's only good use is generating chakra for characters like Tendo with 80+ chakra consumption. This is literally her only good usage otherwise you should forget about her, she's no good in any stage of the game, her chases deal absolutely no damage and she's going to be completely useless if she gets paralyzed.

This guy pretty much explained it. As a character in your party her sole job is generating chakra and there are a number of ways to stop this. (No combo start, immobile, paralyze)


She doesn't do any damage and she's super squishy, 0 out of 1000 players use her at 95.
