Chiyo's only good use is generating chakra for characters like Tendo with 80+ chakra consumption. This is literally her only good usage otherwise you should forget about her, she's no good in any stage of the game, her chases deal absolutely no damage and she's going to be completely useless if she gets paralyzed.

This guy pretty much explained it. As a character in your party her sole job is generating chakra and there are a number of ways to stop this. (No combo start, immobile, paralyze)

She doesn't do any damage and she's super squishy, 0 out of 1000 players use her at 95.

Early game she is great since you don't do that much damage anyways.

Mid game she is ok if you have ninjas like ningendo to make use of her chase.

Late game she is in no lineup since the damage scaling really hurts her.

If you want people to help you with teamcrafting you need to provide a screenshot of yourr roster otherwise we're left with nothing to work with. I suggest you use this http://naruto.rednubes.de/# to experiment and see what would work and what not. Just make sure you have some form of hard cc in your chase chain and you should be fine.

You have already blocked 3 ninjas there. Fire main, Minato and Sage Naruto. There are not many combinations left.

There are some lineups with Jonin minato already in the forum. Have you tried those?
