Currently, level freezing gain a large amount of advanced refine runes. Deliberately holding back your character level to increase rewards is fundamentally against the way the game is designed to be played.
A pretty simple solution would be to simply give 1 advanced refine rune for each daily mission completed for players level 80+. It would still take 3 weeks from those adv refines to get a single item from lvl7 to 8; or 2 months from level 8 to 9. So it would not unbalance power or anything. This would completely defeat the whole point of level freezing for sage.
This is what happens when I froze my f2p char in UK servers... Nothing is fair about 1 shotting a bunch of poor low levels on round 1.
You have no chance for your suggestion to go through. UK has no developer team. They can only change events and the prices. And they can only send suggestions to china. As there is no change in China, there will be no change here. And even if there were. It would take months, years to get it here. But yeah it would be nice to force everyone to get to top level. Like ... some events or treasures only for max levels that would make you lsoe a lot if you did not participate.
Ehm no, this is pretty easy to implement and also oasis can do it since requires simply to add one more reward to the daily mission where is just now possible to get rewards (we are currently getting chakra packs, main fragments and group currency from them), so their modification is no different from the modification of monthly event we just got.
Imho they should remove Advanced Refinement Runes as rewards for top placement in SWB and put them as reward for the winning side of the battlefield.
The whole reason that induces people in level freezing is that one. If top placements gets something good but not as good (like charm packs fragments) and that reward is given out just by luck then would work, imho.
