It's completely random, others got it for their first 60 pulls, others got it with their 120th pull, while others got him even more than that. :)

You c*e him together with the Jinchurikis to proc their "hit-combo" chase. Also, I used to use Sage Naruto along with Kazekage Gaara, Killer Bee, and Wind Main.

Sage naruto is the one ninja that can work with anyone.

Jinchuuriki's of course, kage gaara as well as mei or danzo. He can be used as tank/dps/chakra provider/combo starter. It is a must ninja that is accessible to everyone.
