Easiest way to figure out combos is to look where you want them to start and follow from there. For example, Breezy uses Odama Rasengan, which causes Repulse. Go to Pursuit Status and select "Pursue Repulse" from the drop-down list, and you will get a list of ninja that will combo after a Repulse. Here, I can clearly see Hinata and Sakura as two viable pursuers after a Repulse. Let's go with Sakura for now. She can follow up a Repulse and create High Float situation, so chance the Pursuit Status to Pursue High Float. Of the options I see, Lee can pursue a High Float with a Knockdown, so again Pursuit Status and Pursue Knockdown. Hinata come up again, so we bring her in.
Sakura X X
Lee Breezy Hinata
Hinata serves as Tank at the one spot
Of course, you want combos to be a bit more reliable, so two Repulse chases might be bad for business, especially since one of them doesn't have an additional Chase to do another type of combo (though Sakura c*ways combo with herself). What I eventually did is purchase Sai from the store and put him in Sakura's place and create more reliable combos, since he can create a Knockdown via normal attacks and make for longer combos. Until then, I'd upgrade Lee to at least two stars, give Breezy Shoot Down Rasengan Chase ability, and just run with the results, adjusting as need be.
