Round 1: Employ Hinata's skill. You should be able to take down the middle giant.

Round 2: Use the MC's skill and target the top giant, and after the third giant poisons you, use Sakura's skill. You should be able to take down the remaining two.

Round 3: Don't use any skills.

Round 4: Use MC's skill straight away, and Shizune should be finished.

Round 5: Don't use any skills.

Round 6: Use Sakura's skill.

Round 7: Use MC's skill immediately, and Karin should be taken down. Use Hinata's skill.

Round 8-10: When it comes to Jiraiya, all you need to do is power through it for the next two rounds. I just put it on auto. If you're left with only the MC and Hinata (or even just Hinata) you should be fine.

Round 11: Same case as Jiraiya was; just power through it, and then you're done.

You might not get the score you wanted, but here's a tactic that I use a lot.
