JackyChan - rich field has no cooldown for Jonin medal users, it was a medal feature even before the patch.

I dont have medal and cooldown is 0 now. Maybe its a bug?

I do not understand why you would give a Ninja a really good growth rate in a particular offense stat, and then have their mystery/abilities only use the other offense stat, there is literally no good reason I can think of for doing that short of sloppy game design.
EDIT: Hinata seems to either have a change or a re-wording to her Strong Will skill. But as far as I can tell it doesn't necessarily work the way the desc
EDIT2: I would like to point out that since 3.0 I've been having a lot more cases of the "Control" stat coming into play in battle and have found my team to be resisting chaos/acupuncture/immobile etc. more frequently when it would almost never, ever happen in the past, I don't know how you go about testing that stuff but it does seem like (from my experience) that they've increased the effectiveness of that stat in general which would be nice.
Something I noticed and remember, not know if all is new, or just did not notice before:
Group - Lucky Wheel - skip animation added
Removed group instance (well, it is not merged with SA as they are different game modes, only group rewards are added to SA, but no GI ranking and rewards for beating first place) (Also removed "clearing group instance count" from "Group claim")
Kankuro - changes as in fist post and - Puppet guardian skill removed (if puppet was in first row, its target of standard attacks)
GNW Kankuro - changes as in fist post and - poison from chase removed, guardian skill removed
Chiyo - renamed to "Elder Chiyo"
Darui - according to others (forum), mystery is pure ligtning now, was water+lightning
New ninjas added - Fu, Han, Utakata, Masked Man, Minato jacket
Recruit - new treasure
Recruit - treasures are now sorted from newest (bond treasure is last, but it have most "free draws", so little inconvenient)
Ninja - Filter - Attributes - new added

- The player's inventory in "Character" was reorganized. Packs of any kind (most of them), stamina potions, revive potions, etc are now shown at the top of the inventory instead of the bottom. The tabs are also functional. Some items will only show up under the "all" tab, however (like the lucky ninja packs from lucky board).
- Survival trial was updated to be a bit more challenging, I think. You'll get players closer to your battle power, or possibly above. Also a higher chance of giving your opponent a higher move1 initiative to make it more challenging (usually either the last fight in the trial or breakthrough).
- Your friend list is now organized by friend level first, and then alphabetically, instead of just alphabetically.
- Battle on the Bridge Team Instance (the first one available) changed slightly. Haku attacks immediately and damages your team significantly before you can move.
For any of the ninja skills I list, I could be wrong, so please forgive me if that's the case.

Strong Approach: Group (3 person team) Expert Difficulty did not consume any stamina (99% sure on this)
all strong approach now consumes 10 stamina and none if u already got your rewards but still need min requirement to participate.
Boomdada- i'll need some confirmation about this, Jiburiru's thread states nothing really changed. If anyone decides to go for kage for a larger ammount of pulls (150 at least, since old rare counter was between 60-70), please either do a video or screenshot session after every x10. Either way if that's the case, it's more a customer support/bug issue than intentional patch change.
Gakido, kimi, 1010 didnt change. Hinata has a typo in descrption (passive still works the same, it's just rewritten).

i haven't pulled from kage treasure after people reported the change,but i hope soneone has a video of the pulling from kage.
It's not related with 3.0. Even before patch you had a chance to obtain bonus stamina, not a guarantee. Personally haven't had bonus stamina after hot springs in over 2 months. No testing here, but my bet is it could be related to your level, server age or basically anything like that.
You only get the bonus at the end if you stay the full time in the Hot Springs without leaving, it was that way since it got implemented in 2.0.

It's not always the case. There were times I was in and out multiple times and still got the bonus. Other times where full 2h passed and didnt get it.
