I've been at 800+ pulls in the 5Kage treasure before 3.0 hit, 50 pulls in for my next rare, and now when I used 20 more seals after the 3.0 changes, I got Fuu TWICE in a row instead of a rare? Did the monkeys that implemented the * changes reset the treasures or not?
I wouldn't be making a post if I hadn't seen 2-3 other people with the same problem, while I also never had to pull more than 60 seals in any treasure pre-3.0.
I assume that you might not know yet, but please, for the love of god, ask the * developers themselves. Just this once, don't dodge a problematic subject.
First of all same problem....secondthey said more then once that the counters are NOT reset. Now for the real problem...We asked c. service and we got pretty much the same answer...that it doesnt take 60-80 scrolls to get a rare in kage..so that means the chances are no longer fixed and you can get a rare ninja in 10 or 20 I guess cause yesterday my friend got Onoki and the day before he got kage gaara...and I pulled 3 times today and got itachi twice without itachi susano frags ...probably its very hard to get them now and I got Cee again...so it was my 50 pull and im 890 in this treasure.

Welp, that's some good news, I guess. Thanks for the reply and helpful input on the situation.
Hi! Rest assured that the treasure count has not been reset. I do understand your frustration as I had terrible luck on Jinchuriki Treasure 2, but the count has not been reset. Also, there has been reports that stated players getting their super kage pull before 900, while others stating them getting it after 1k. Although there is a general consensus and idea of the average of how many seals you need to pull to get a rare or super rare, these are not always true as I've seen players get a ninja like Sasuke [Susano'o] way before the supposed threshold.
Hope that helps!

we don't want to know if the general counter has reset, but if our specific counters are.
I used 120 seal scrolls on Jinchuriki 2 before the 3.0 implementation. Since Han is a sure drop at 200 (every single person i talked with got him at exact 200) if i don't get him when i'll drop in it 90 more seal scrolls then is SURE my counter was reset.
You are wrong. I have seen videos of people getting Roshi at 210 scrolls.
I myself got him at 190! (And 10 pulls later got my 3rd jinchuuriki rare ninja as a side note). So drop rates are not fixed. Also OP, its very hard for someone to know exactly how many pulles they did in kage, rare ninjas don't drop exactly every 60 draws, so sometimes people are off by 100 pulls (both more and less).

No counters, whether general or specific has been reset. As what was said above me, the drawing of a rare or super rare isn't a fix number; sometimes it can be more and sometimes it can be less. However, no treasures, whether specifically to you or your treasures have been reset; rest assured!

Ok Jib then if its not changed answer me this... my friend says his pulls were 140-170 .. so his first was mifune-60 then he said he got mei-120 and had 2 pulls before 3.0 ... now 3.0 he draws yesterday and he gets kage gaara... 150 pull today he said he pulled 2 times and he got mabui on 160 and onoki on 170... that never happens... never... i am happy for him but this treasure is changed or broken somehow.. i talked with the guy who had 140 seals in and no rare... that is not fair and you know it.. its sad for someone to spend 140 seals and not get a rare.. its changed or broken... gotta be something.

Hi! I did not state that the rates were random; there is just no set number of seals before obtaining a rare. Players have reported a number of seals where your chance of obtaining a rare is higher, however, there are reports of players getting it earlier and later. I hope that answers your question!
