Tayuya, Chiyo and Tsunade (Sanin War) plus 1 other HF - LF chaser (Guy for example) is a great Ranked free team that uses 3 (potentially 4) kunoichi and the Rez and sleep mysteries help a lot

and my favourite female would be probably Hinata [Summer]
