hello ive done the group purchace gift pack 1 today and yesterday but did not receive the "lucky key pack" on both instances. the other rewards i did get(50/200/500 player rewards).

Please check under the tab "all" in your equipment :)

If the pack is not there, I'd suggest clearing cache and refreshing the game ^^
