As said in title, I have not receive any compensation items from the Platinum Charge event (2 months ago 25/5 - 31/5). I have been waiting it for 2 months. And this is very frustrating since nobody update me about the progress and this could be seen as ignorance from the responsible party. Is this how you treat your creditor? I've been patiently waited but it seems you take it for granted. What are the teams doing? It is difficult to find the solution or the cause? And yet, the moderator closed my topic as if the case have been solved but the truth is it isnt. How long do you guys need in order to solve the problem? You can't give me a period, you wont update me and i have been waiting and waiting, cant you guys solve it immediately?


For your information, i have received the ingots that i had recharged with the help of AddisonEmergy. However as to the compensate rewards that i should have getting (8 killer bee frag + 15 cave keys (daily claim) & 24 frags killer bee frag + 5 seal scrolls (7 days recharge) ). Therefore, I'm writting here to inform that the reward/item should be given to me ASAP or by providing me a period to know when will it be given to me, as i have been patiently waited for all this time. Hopefully, I can get good news from the responsible party. Thanks.

well apparently closing off threads prematurely seems to be a go-to method ... sad to see they treat even paying customers as yourself like that ...

Anyway , i would rather ask if they have ever stated you were going to be compensated with the reward items or not ? since that might also be a reason why you are not getting a proper ETA even after waiting for 2 months ...
