Hey I am trying to recharge 20 dollars right now and it's saying "Unfortunately we cannot process your payment at this time". I refreshed the page and restarted client and tried again and still showing the same thing. *throws credit card at screen* YOU TAKE MY MONEY!

Have you checked to make sure your bank isn't flagging the transactions as *ulent?

(You c*ually check this by opening the mobile app if you use one.)

I have payed like this before just yesterday so I don't think so.

Edit: I c*so see the money being taken out then added back onto my account.

I'm afraid I can't be of much help then, I'm not a mod. xD

It's possible the servers are just temporarily down for a maintenance or refresh.

that means your request/transaction was denied. What payment option are you trying to use ?

I am using Interac online with my bank card. I have done it before and it worked on here.

It was probably flagged for something. Double check with your bank to see what's going on.

So I just spoke with my bank and they are sending the funds but something on your end is not processing it correctly or something i'm not sure I just know that my bank is accepting the transaction because the funds are leaving my account to you guys and your sending it back for some reason.

Maybe it was problem at your end (some unexpected problem with your bank).

Can you please try it again ? Let me know if it was successful. If not I will report your problem.

Tried again and still didn't work. My bank said that the transaction would not even show the amount leaving my account if they were flagging it at all. I will have to go on Monday in person to really ask them about it but as far as I know my bank is accepting the transaction from what they told me.
