Hi,

I would like to report about my payment issue.

today I was playing from facebook app, and I topped up my ingot from there.

I topped up 2 times, 250 & 50 ingots

I have receive the receipt of successful transactions

the problem is i haven't receive my ingot in game


what should I do?

I can send you the payment ID for evidence
