I'd assume it the total initiative of your team like in arena? Or maybe they mirror your main team?

but main team initiative might count too

i tried fight with high rank in my server

and his side team can interrupt my main team first action XD

Your main team gets initiative as it should, while your other ranked teams are just total divided by 4 for each ninja
