rechage problems

when i go to recharge it says character is not on this server and when i refresh the page random names come up that are not my ingame name or acct name i wont recharge til this is fixed if ever

So the recharge problem has not been fixed you still have to refresh to see your recharge and also I am getting the same message as when i posted earlier yesterday. See my earlier post and screen shot. I tested it with one dollar and then again with 5 dollars So im missing 3 spins which i dont care about. But i wont spend money here again until you fix this problem. There is no point in recharging if you get none of the benefits from events for doing so.

Also to add on to this problem recharges are not reflected in daily packs recharge or with try your luck spins. Even tho i recharge I get no spins and it shows that I recharged nothing in daily packs. So its not just shinobi feast.

I keep getting disconnected when I try to do Arena Rank/ Training Battle in Naruto Online after 5.0 update. I notice that when I click on either one to search for opponents, there is a notification stating it is "Connecting to cross-platform servers" then after about 30 seconds it auto disconnects me, forcing me to restart the entire game. Please advise.

I play on 3 servers (726, 831, 881).

On Servers 831 and 881 at "Treasure of Te Sage" I bought 30 Kushina Uzumaki fragments, when I wanted to recruit Kushina ... "System error".

The next day the 30 fragments were transformed in to 30 Kushina Uzumaki [Red Hot-Blooded Habanero].

On server 726, I bought 42 fragments when I wanted to recruit Kushina ... "System error". But on this server the next day the fragments disappeared. I have left without fragments and without coupons. Exactly on the server I invest the most.
