Description of the problem you are experiencing: Arena Bug -

I keep getting disconnected when I try to do Arena Rank/ Training Battle in Naruto Online after 5.0 update. I notice that when I click on either one to search for opponents, there is a notification stating it is "Connecting to cross-platform servers" then after about 30 seconds it auto disconnects me, forcing me to restart the entire game. Please advise.
