Everyone in the forums can agree that the 1 year anniversary is a catastrophy. Terrible events for f2p, all recharge and spending events with little added value.
But now we go into a whole new level of adding insult to injury.
The red enveloppe of these events is a way for other users to benefit from paying players. Paying players get a nice 20% added to their purchase of ingots and the others get the red enveloppe.
BUT now paying players are FORCED to choose between increasing the value of the recharges via tenten wheel, or helping others via red enveloppe.
The enveloppe event ends TOMORROW, the tenten wheel starts on SATURDAY. Plus we have platinum recharge so the benefits of recharging a big amount is lower than recharging just a bit.
This is bad for paying players as well as f2p. As a casual spender i find this tactic insulting, let alone how the non spending players must feel after realizing this. This kind of practice pits paying players against f2p causing conflict, anger and resentment.
I have said before that Oasis PR team is as good as Donal's trump after attending a kukux clan and emptying a barrel of beer. But this is a new low. Keep surprising me.
