1＃ Go ToNoticed that the Wheel and Red envelope recharge events don't occur during the same time period, and when the envelope goes away, the wheel would be up. Which event would it be better for just to throw in 5k ingots on? Nothing about spending it atm, just stacking my account. -

Depends.
Red Envelope if you want the coupons to be able to spent instead of getting items/frags.
Wheel is more worth in terms of prizes. You will at the very least get 20 coupons, which is the same as the rebate.
Red Envelope is only better if you want to share by giving coupons to your groupmates. -
