I've been messing about with Ukon Sakon in Nine Tails and Arena lately - I've noticed that his(theirs?) additional attack not only does less damage overall but seems to scale oddly too. In particular with enemy defence reduction rather than with buffs to Sakon Ukon himself (themselves?).
The additional attack does roughly 50-60% of his primary attack (which I would assume is the second one as he also does the additional attack before his NON-PROMPT skill) - there is no indication that seems to be intentional in the skill description, however it does say it can trigger twice (I'm assuming in an interaction with Earth Mains and Killer Bee esque abilities) so I'm assuming the damage of a single aditional attack is split between the two triggers, or is the scaling lower in order to balance the double trigger.
In which case wouldn't having Ukon Sakon's skill be a prompt one allowing him (them?) to benefit from their passive, or would that make them too strong?
TL;DR: Ukon Sakon's additional attack scales at 50-60% of standard attack, no indication of this in the passive description (see image below).
EDIT: Additionally unlike Suigetsu and Zabuza's additional attacks, Ukon seems to unable to perform his(theirs?) additional effect - Quintiple Combo & Knockdown during this attack.
EDIT2: I noticed a special case with the wording of the Ninja Sword passive and Ukon's passive where Ninja Sword states:
2 Standard attacks will be launched each round.
Where as Double Demon Dance states:
Before each action, launch an extra attack...
Note that it does not specify a standard attack.
